Employees are given the autonomy and freedom to work, based on their instincts as well as perspectives. In our bid to make workplace more engaging and stress-free, the management must come up with policies and interventions to make the overall workplace stress free.

Do let me know your valuable feedback on this. Accordingly we can make the first draft of the stress management policy of the company and send it for process owners’ approval and acceptance.
