tasklist /fi "memusage gt 10000"

Explanation:

tasklist displays all processes active in memory and /fi denotes the filter applied to it. The filter is based on memory usage , gt refers to greater than , 10000 refers to 10 MB.

To open Notepad from cmd, just go to command prompt, write the command:

notepad

and press enter.

Notepad will start.
