Recruitment in Russia has passed various stages in Russia.

Russia has survived two economic crisis in the year 1998 and 2008. It had destructive effects on industry. From here they learned their lessons and changed their attitudes towards recruitment.

In Russia, competition is very tough. Over there the availability of experienced and well educated and potential candidates are very low.

Due to lack of unskilled and well educated employees the growing economy constantly searches for international employees.

Recruiting staffs in rural areas is more tough as the most educated job finders migrate to the urban areas.
