a) skin, b) mucus membranes I) stomach acid

2. The human body's second line of defence against pathogen are-

Natural killer cells, neutrophils, fever and inflammation.

3. The human body's third line of defence against pathogen are-

B cells, T cells, and antibodies.

The outer protective area like skin, pH of skin, mucus, stomach acid etc. are first line of defence followed by antigen nonspecific defence cells like, neutrophils, killer cells and inflammatory response etc are second line of defence. After that if some pathogen are capable of invading third line of defence like antibodies, B cell and T cells counter them.
