Answer #1

This passage gives strength to those who are in need of it. Sometimes, people lose their motivation and will in their lives and they are then drawn to their faiths for answers to questions about their lives. In the moments when the person feels that God is not catering to him, there is an explanation in the passage that God has always been with him and is where you try to find him. This way this passage can be a means or moral will for someone who is in the dire need of it.
