Answer #1

The answer is option A- What is the potential profitability of this consumer segment

Strategic inquiry is about listening to a topic and asking the right kind of questions in the right order, opening up the problem and uncovering the already known responses. It can be used in several different settings, but my main experience has been to use it in pairs or teams of three to deal with difficult circumstances where things have somehow been' stuck.' It is an active process that focuses on transition. Importantly, you need to let go of any sense that you already know the answer to a problem and allow it to emerge through dialogue.
