Extreme Programming (XP)

Extreme Programming (XP) is a software engineering methodology.

Extreme Programming prifers adaptability than on predictability.

The project life is a more realistic approach than to define all requirements at the beginning of a project.

Scrum

Scrum is nothing but a type of Agile framework method for completing software projects.

Scrum is a simple framework for complex software projects.

Scrum mainly focuses on heuristic one, with respect for people and self-organization to deal with solving complex problems.
