Normally billing and payment in general ledger account get affected by fulfillment process, as billing process is begins with making invoices foe delivery and services to customers after than credit or debit memos has been made and after that account receivable reconciliation account and sales revenue a/cs being updated. Payment process starts with payment recording after A/R reconciliation a/cs, sales disc. ac/s and bank a/cs being updated.
