It involves the design, planning, execution, control and monitoring of supply chain activities to synchronize supply and demand and measure performance worldwide. Supply chain management disseminates the flow of raw materials, full inventory movement and storage, and off-the-shelf goods for point-to-point consumption.

SRM handles micro-management of business processes, more content and supplier relationships in procurement activities Supplier Relationship Management provides you with innovative ways to coordinate and streamline your business processes with key suppliers .It enables you to optimize your purchasing strategy and work more effectively with your suppliers to achieve long-term benefits from all supplier relationships.
