And , Role of cloud computing in SCM by the students. Also discuss, Usability Modeling of ICT and other resources (UM) a. Finding the optimal solution b. Cost and Schedule Analysis c. Recommending and Implementing the resources Web-enabled Supply Chains (WEB) a) A Web-enabled Procurement System b) A Web-enabled order tracking system c) Warehouse Management System d) Customer Relationship Management Note: 1. Each students will have one Project. 2. Project will be based on the implementation of the e-supply chain and logistics in real world. 3. Project will require summarizing, demonstrating, and the use and potential values of SCM and LOGISTICS for an organization.

1. Both E-Procurement and E-Auction have been very very effective as they have completely taken out the elements subjectivity & bias from the procurement and auction processes . Both the process have become extremely transparent leading to very high levels of satisfaction of both sides the bidders and the employees of the organization who organizes these processes . Another important aspect which adds to the effectiveness of E-Procurement and E-Auction is that time lines are adhered to as these are time bound processes well structured processes and generally time taken is very very short in comparison to traditional procurement  & auction process . Further here paper work completely gets eliminated and people from both sides can efficiently and effectively make use of their times . As what ever information required is available in totality decisions are correct and are taken timely . Since decisions are correct and everything is as prescribed above and all terms & conditions are in written agreed to compliance which are most important are easier and their percentage is very high which lends to the credibility of the effectiveness of E-auctions and E-procurement .
