Pros : (1).coconut oil has some antioxidant properties due to some phenolic compounds.(2).it has an unusual blend of short and medium chain fatty acids which may offer some health benefits.(3) it can be a part of a healthy diet.
Cons : (1)it is an high saturated fat.so it is considered as solid fat.(2)The fatty acids in it raise LDL(the bad cholesterol).(3)it is expensive also.
Note : experts say that coconut oil may have some health benefits but none of the aboe claims have beem properly proven.
