If the F statistic that is the calculated test statistic is 1 and the critical test statistic that is the F critical is 3.68 hence the rejection region will be if the calculated test statistic is greater than the Critical value.

Thus we fail to reject the null hypothesis at F =1 an F critical is 3.68
