I have the most difficulty communicating in the workplace because of the workplace being culturally diverse where people are from different backgrounds, culture which makes it difficult to communicate with them as I face language barrier where most of the people do not understand what I am trying to communicate and makes communication difficult. Another reason is due to passive listening where some of the co workers and clients do not want to listen actively to the message and interupt while speaking which delivers unclear message and creates misunderstanding. I believe to overcome this difficulty I must try to communicate more often with the co workers who are from different culture and try to understand them, while for the passive listening it is necessary to communicate with the clients and make them understand the message clearly and ask them to listen first.
