1. Submission of tender fees and EMD fees :- Some amount is to be submitted by the tenderer before paticipating in the tender on behalf of tender fee and EMD.
2. Adequate documents:- Firm must have appropriate documemts like tax number, permanent account number and registration certificate in proper category.
3. Turnover :- Tenderer must have adequate turnover which is decided on the basis of the cost of the project.
4. Past Experience :- The contractor must have experience in past for such type of similiar work. The experience cetificates must be available with him.
5. Firm must not be debarred or blacklisted from any company due to any reason.
