The couple didn't outright say no to close the timeshare sale. Maybe they are just thinking over their decision or aren't sure about what decision to take. Abby could review and revise her closing strategy to convince the couple. She could reaffirm the positive aspects to the couple which could help in convincing them.This could help her in closing the timeshare sale successfully.
