If I want to make 50mL of 5M of NaCl, would I use: 14.6 grams of NaCl and 50 mL of water? Most of the examples I see online are for 1L of NaCl, not 50mL so i'm not sure. If that's not right, then please tell me how to make 50mL of 5M NaCl.
I need to prepare a 5M solution of NaCl. How would I do that? Then I'd need to use that solution to prepare some other 5L volume reagent with a final concentration of 1M NaCl. How would I make that? Tell me about the role of magnesium in dna replication.
Hello, Please help me with my Lab work problems I am having trouble. Please show all Work! How would you make a 200 mL solution of 0.5 M NaCl? How would you make a 250 mL of 8% sucrose solution from a 20% sucrose solution? How would you make a 150 mL solution of 5M NaCl from a 8M NaCl? How would you make a 500 mL solution of 10 mM NaCl and 0.2M NaOH? If given a vial of...
What Molarity of NaCl would give a 300mOsm solution so as to be isotonic to ECF and ICF Set up and solve for X: (cross multiply) 300 mOsm X 2000 mOsmTM Try this on your own, then read on. Show work here: You should have an answer of 0.15 M. If you don't: please ask for help. You need to be able to get that calculation for the next part. Now find the number of grams per liter needed to...
How many grams of solute would be needed to make 2.50 x 10^2 mL of 0.100M NaCl Solution? What is the mass/mass % composition made from 25 grams of KOH dissolved in 235 grams of solution? Calculate the freezing temperature of a 1.0M sodium chloride (ionic compound) solution. The freezing point depression constant is 1.86 degrees celsius/m. Please help with questions. I just don't understand how I got them wrong
Can you please tell me the grams i need for these 2 solutions?
Thank You
Weigh out the necessary mass of KNO3 to make 50 mL of 1.0 M supporting electrolyte solution. Transfer the KNO3 to a 50- mL volumetric flask and dilute to the mark with deionized Analyte motion water. Ensure the solid is dissolved completely before using the solution. Transfer to a small beaker. This is your supporting electrolyte solution. Weigh out the necessary mass of K3Fe(CN)6 to...
Just want to verify I'm doing
this correctly. Please show all steps, so I can see where I'm going
right/wrong. Thank you!
3. (1 pt) The Kap of gold(IIl) hydroxide is 3.0x 10. Show by calculation if a precipitate will form when these two solutions are mixed togcther Solution A: 0.0250 M NaOH (5.00 mL) Solution B: 0.0100 M AuKII) acctate (2.00 ml.) A precipitate will will not Complete the sentence with the correct choice: Cirele one
Can someone walk through a few simple algebraic solution-making problems? I know how to use formulas, such as C1V1 = C2V2, however I'm having issues with the conceptual part, mostly for when using two solutes. Problem #1: Make 200 mL of a saline that has 5 mMol NaCl and 15 mMol KCl. Stocks are 0.1 M NaCl & 0.2 M KCl. (and if it's simply the C1V1=C2V2 of one, and then the second, added together in a 200 mL flask...
I just want to see if the answers are right, so for 1a. since
the microtubule is in a cell that's in G0, would there be no
movement since everything stops in G0 phase? Or are the
microtubules continously depolymerizing/polymerizing at a constant
rate?
For 1b. I said the same thing since the cell is in G0 phase then
it wouldn't matter if it was microtubule treadmilling, it wouldn't
be moving.
1c. I'm not sure what exactly would happen
I'm...
I want you to calculate what a monthly P&I payment would be if you go with a 15-year mortgage. Use an interest rate of 5.125% on borrowing $165,000. Also, calculate the total amount of interest that you would have paid over the life of the loan (15-years.) Please make sure that you provide me with your TI BA Analyst II solution steps (key strokes).
How would you fill this out? I want to make sure I did it right.
Thanks!
