ANS - CLASSLESS NETWORK MODEL.

EXPLANATION -   In IPV4 model there was 32 bit of ip addresses . With these many bits we could specify 232 different host. But there was class system in this IP addressing. So suppose you buy a class B network it means you will get 16 bits for host id part. So you can have 216 different hosts in your network. But you dont need 216 host part but only need 29 IP for your devices. Then all other IP addresses got wasted . So restriction on number of host due to CLASS system of networks like class A, class B , Class C, Class D creates problem of waste IP addresses.

So to save IP addresses we introduced concept of classless network model in which we just don't divide a network into classes but we just give number of host as need . So if IP addresses of some network is 120.122.32.13/26 here Right element after slash(/) is 26. This 26 denotes number of bits in network id part.
