You have recently become the Director of Human Resources for a small but growing technology company that currently employs 50 people. There is currently no HR staff. You have been asked to design an HR Function with at least five HR activities under the new function. Your goal is to help support current staff meet their goals and grow the organization. Describe each HR activity that you have selected. Explain it and be sure to discuss why you think it is important.

The first step is to have HR department and staff. This is very important to handle various activities and to monitor them . So having staff for the department and duties allotted to them is the first activity required.

The second activity is to have the employees currently working have their work assigned to them and to make sure proper training is provided to them. This is because they need to know what they are doing and be helpful to new employees in understanding the work and maintaining a proper system.

The third step will be recruiting new employees and having them properly trained because for the development of the company we need efficient employees .

The fourth activity is to have a proper work culture implemented in the company . This helps in attracting new employees and having a systematic and ethical approach to work.

The fifth activity is to maintain proper relations between the employees and the management which is very crucial for proper functioning of the company and to resolve issues.
