Project Integration management is when a project manager merges or combines together the activities and various processes of a project. It also gathers various resources, equipments and machines for the initiation of a project. The key aspects of a project are :-

  3. Time.
  4. Risk.
  5. Quality.

These are considered as the basic aspects of a project when it is being conducted by a project manager.

The project integration management needs some of the project aspects such as time, scope, quality, HR etc. which are needed to be sustainable for the completion of a project. It can be said that all the aspects of a project is interlinked and thus it can't be carried out individually. The main aim of the project integration management is to monitor the entire project phases from initiation to completion.
