The possible infective agent could be Salmonella spp present in the ham as the cellar didn't have any trace of any bacteria.
The jelly seemed to be contaminated and it got contaminated after the glazing of the ham was done.As given in the question, the ham had a peculiar yellow colour and soft marrow.Also it had shown vegetative colonies of micrococci.
It got into the food through the glazing process of ham using gelatin which was used later also to make jelly.Gelatin encouraged the growth of the microbes in the prepared food due to which even in low temperature but in humid conditions the bacteria produced a virulent toxin that killed the bride and made several others sick.
