Bargaining power of buyers is strengthened due to backward integration, more and more people are building their own computer systems.
Rivalry among the existing firm is strong, there were high competition of addition of new features to the pc, its looks and other parameters.
New entrance in these industry is little bit slim, it needs a high cost and take time to get stablish in the market because there were already big players of PCs are presented in the market who captured almost 70% of PC market.
The substitute products for PCs is high, it includes laptops, tablets, mobile phones, notepad etc which will do almost all work of the PCs with more convenient.
