Answer #1

False

When we talk about relative intensity, we cannot define the energy which is spent within a minute and is basically the energy that is being used up and utilized for an uninterrupted amount of time. It is basically the total energy which is spent and used for a specific period of time. The relative intensity value tend to go up as the number of repetitions or an activity for a specified time goes on or increases.
