Dear all,
As we know that it is the tradition in our organization to celebrate the Annual Day each year and thus this year too, we are going to celebrate our Annual Day on 2nd October 2019.
As this is the day, when our organization came into existence thus it is a very auspicious moment not only for the promoters of the organization but we all as it provides a moment to cheer the success of the organization. The HR department will be taking care of all the arrangements for the celebration and on behalf of the HR department and the management, I take this opportunity to invite all the members of the firm to come together and celebrate this august occasion.
You are requested to present in the auditorium of the company on 2nd October 2019 at 10:00 A.M. The event will be chaired by our honorable Chairman who is the founding father of this organization. There will also be a number of notable industry experts and professionals. There will be award distribution for the different categories in order to motivate all of us to strive towards excellence.
The event will be carried forward with the feelings of joy and happiness and thus in order to make it more enjoyable, some artist and performers will join us in our event. No celebration is completed without delicious food and drink, thus there will be a good arrangement for the delicacies.
Once again I would like to invite you all to be part of this memorable day and enjoy the celebration. You all are requested to come on time so that we can enjoy to the fullest.
