Donald Trump has always been vocal about his opinion against free trade. According to him, free trade has cost America a lot in terms of job loss and loss in government revenue. According to him, the terms of free trade has not bee beneficial to the USA. According to him, free trade with US has greatly benefited China which has dumped cheap products in the US market and this has resulted in job loss and loss of revenue in the USA. Donald Trump wants to impose more restrictions in terms of higher tariffs on US imports to help domestic industries and save jobs and also to earn higher government revenue.
