Collecting requirements for a project involves a good understanding of what is required for the project and what is the scope of the project . We need to know what data we need and what are the tools that are required for this process. The crucial step would be to decide on what tool to use and what data to be utilised. This is a difficult process because of the confusion it might create in deciding what data should be used and what is not necessary for the project . The selection of correct tools also is a challenge for this process of collecting requirements and hence the process is often difficult.
