10. The active voice defines a phrase in which the topic conducts the verb-specified action. It follows a clear, easy-to-read topic + verb + object construct. In reality, phrases built in the active voice have an effect on your writing.

The verb acts on the topic with passive voice. It makes a murky, roundabout phrase; with an active voice, you can be more simple. There are many methods in your phrases to alter the passive voice to the active voice.

Writing in the active voice becomes second nature over time.

Active Voice- Harry ate six shrimp at dinner.
Passive Voice- At dinner, six shrimp were eaten by Harry.

3. Writing emphasis is essential not only in order to generate range and retain interest, but also in order to help readers gather the primary points from the text readily. In an independent clause, the topic and linked verb are the components that usually receive the most notice from readers, so that's often where you want to make your point.

Naturally, short, snappy phrases are emphatic. Even though they are efficient when used sparingly, when they are overused they lose their energy. To offer your writing more significance and assist readers know what concepts are most essential, combine brief, associated phrases to make writing smoother and generate emphasis.

4 We human beings are self-centered animals as we know form analyzing our own mental filters. We tend to see each scenario shape our own viewpoints because we are self-centered. This approach can lead us to a writer-oriented, we-view point approach in letter writing circumstances, one that puts emphasis on ourselves and our interests rather than on our readers and their interests.

The style of writing' you attitude ' emphasizes readers rather than the writer. We should not concentrate or put ourselves in the location of receivers to write company letters. It is necessary to take into account their wishes, issues, conditions, feelings and likely responses. Instead of' I or we viewpoint,' the business letter must be written as' you viewpoint.' You point out the interest of the reader and assist to win the mind and attention of the reader.
