Birds are creatures just like people.  They need food and water.	No fallacy has been committed.	Birds have been told as creatures, like humans which is the true statement and in the next sentence, basic needs have been mentioned, which again is true. There are only factual information mentioned. So, there is no fallacy in the statement.
Students in the college are like customers in the store.  They are both paying for a product and are therefore always right.	Questionable analogy	The statement is assuming that since students and customer are similar in one aspect (paying for the service), they will be alike in other aspects too (being always right). They are not doubting or questioning, if there exists any difference.
