The no. of servings per container and declaration of the serving size have been increased are in the new label they are written in larger and bolder text.
2. added sugars
Added sugar in grams as a per cent daily value is written on the new labels. here added sugar are those sugar which is either added during the processing of food, or dring packaging. It also includes sugar from honey and syrups, vegetable and fruits also.
3. nutrients
The list of nutrients that are permitted r required on the label have been permitted. Most importantly vitamin D and phosphorus are now essentially required on the label because Americans do not get the recommended amounts. Similarly vitamin A and are not required as their deficiency is very rare in them. also, the actual amount of nutrients in addition to per cent daily value must be listed for vitamin D calcium, iron and potassium. The nutrient chart has also been updated according to the latest scientific evoidences

It is present at the bottom of the label, and with the new design, it has been changed, to better explain the meaning of per cent daily value. Because per cent daily value help to explain the nutritional information in the context of total diet on daily basis.
Apart from these four 2 other changes have also been introduced and these are fats and calories, which are now written in bold letters and also calories from fats have also been removed because according to the researchers the type of fats is more important than the amount.
