Managers serves as an integral component in the management and rationalization of the company machinery in line with the company mission,vision and objectives.they provide a frame and a lead expertise between the customers,employees and other stakeholder with the view of achieving higher profit portfolio for the company.managers serve as an eye opener and source of inspiration and motivation to employees by employing leadership skills and managerial skills which include conflict resolution skills,communication skills and team building through capacity building to attain target intervention objectives through direct and indirect involvement

Yes on the other hand,interventions can be achieved and targets met through Delegation of responsibilities to employees to work on their own though accountable and answerable to the manager for the outcome and result of their work
