A mass of m = 3 kg at the end of a robotic arm moves in the following way at a certain instant:

The length of the arm is 2 m

The length of the arm is increasing by 1 m/s

It is rotating with an angular velocity of 6 rad/s counterclockwise (CCW)

It has an angular acceleration of 1 rad/s2  clockwise (CW)
