Answer)
A) As in Scrum, there is a sprint process that is followed. This involves a smaller module division to the whole program which is considered as the best approach to deal with customer satisfaction. Scrum like the Agile is also considered as the incremental process of delivery and development which happens in the given time frame in the easiest and fastest way. The whole project gets segregated to simple and small modules for faster delivery with quality product and in short span of time to the customer.
When the backlog is being cleared then the system functions even more efficiently.
B) Scrum as a whole has a property to respond to the change along with implementing the plan for a change.
As it is the Scrum process which beliefs in the communication, with the team and the client and also about the individual efforts. This, in turn, leads to customer satisfaction and collaboration and this open communication leads to better development of the product. Hence satisfies the business and delivery objective and strategies within the given time frame called sprint.
There is also transparency between the team and the higher management. It seeks the feedback mechanism from the customer which helps the organization deliver better products and in the most efficient manner.
