Let the acid be denoted as HA

and its pKa = 4.87

the reaction is

HA + NaOH -------------------> NaA + H2O

100x2.0=200 45x0.095=4.275 0 0 initial mmoles

195.725 0 4.275 --------- at equilibrium

The pH of this buffer is given by Hendersen equation as

pH = pKa + log [conjugate base]/[acid]

= 4.87 + log 4.275/195.725

= 3.209
