Research an organization (i.e., Facebook, Google, Disney, Starbucks, Linkedin, HEB, etc.) you are familiar with and discuss the organization’s culture and climate and describe the type of individuals who best fit into that particular organization. (Hint...their websites will have this info).

In this world every individual is different from others in their nature, characteristics, features, and behaviors therefore, effective organization have various challenges that can directly or indirectly affect the behavior of an organization. In some cases management of organization have to require that to determine the skills and match such skills with behavior of an individual. There are various factors that can affect the organizational behavior of an individual like:
Biographical Characteristics: It includes individuals physical Characteristics, age, gender, religion, etc. These things cannot be changed. Manager can use their organization behavior technique effectively if managers know about the strength & limitations of persons.
Learned Characteristics: It includes Individuals personality, values, attitude, perception, etc. These Characteristics can be learned by persons therefore manager’s lays more stress on such type of behaviors.
Effects of organizational behavior on us:
In the same way organization behavior can effect on us like organization in itself is made of group of people working individually or often within teams. If the management can analyze properly the human needs within an organization, it can work towards fulfilling organization needs, with the help of Organizational behavior we can develop an understanding of the attitude and performance of individuals, and the organization as a whole. We can acquire many skills and values from its environment.
