The brand being considered is noodle brand.
Background:
The product being considered is a noodle brand which was a prominent play in the market but had eased out and is now making a comeback into the main stream again. The promotional activities will start will series of teaser ads which go on to reveal full advertisement of the noodle while simultaneously spreading samples across stores in the community.
Communication Objective:
The primary objective of this ad campaign will be to create a brand recall and awareness in the mindset of customer and create curiosity in their minds.
Target audience:
The ad will be targeted specifically to kids who once tasted the noodle in their younger days but could not get hands on the same since it moved out of market. Another group being targeted are their parents who used to buy the noodle brand and were comfortable using the brand. To be more specific parents between age group of 25-40 and kids between age group of 8-15.
Product benefits and features:
The ad will highlight the main features of noodles which comprise of
• Faster cooking time
• Better ingredients
• Higher nutritive value
• Health conscious
• Higher variety of tastemakers and flavors
Creative strategy:
The entire creative strategy will be focused on bringing a feeling of reliving the younger days. The content will be designed in such a way that kids and parents can recollect their memories with the noodle and try to think back themselves on the good time they enjoyed with it. The ads should put people in a situation which is similar to the reality of current world and would be preferred if actual customers can be engaged in these promotions.
Key Consumer Benefit:
The key consumer benefit from this ad campaign would be getting a new option in the market and able to identify something to which they can connect to easily. The noodle itself will have many benefits but the ad focuses on ensuring the awareness and recollection can be done properly.
Tone:
The ad should be set in such a way there is a correlation between existing family lifestyle and environment.
