• Ans:Some taxa are more sensitive to the changes in their habitat because they are adapted to live in certain environmental conditions and cannot change their physiological behaviour so suddenly.
• Whereas the other organisms such as bacteria and virus can adapt very quickly to the new environment as they can generate mutations quickly according to their surrounding environment.
• Pollution and overexploitation alters the biological cycle, which results in exploitation of some species and overpopulation of some species.
