Total reward is very important for improving the employee engagement. It includes the better take care of employees reward and also encourage them which are benifital for the organisations as well. It increases the productivity and higher engagement level with the rewards. If a reward is offer for some task or project then every team member will work together to find a best way to complete it and achieve their reward.

For example - if a manager give a project to a group of employees and encourage them if they complete the project before the deadline then it will provide them a monetary incentive of bonus and this will further help them in. Promotion. So, the employees will work more hard.
