One mole of glucose to pyruvate conversion yields 2 moles of NADH and two moles of NADH from Glycolysis is used for reduction of pyruvate (Note: two moles of pyruvate will generate from one mole of glucose) into lactate during fermentation. So, total yield of NADH would be 0 per cycle.
