The management adequately addresses and evaluates the goals and activities of each of the employees before setting up any particular objective for the entire organization. The differentiation of ideas, opinions, and perspectives create goal-related conflicts among employees. Management takes a positive initiative here to control multiple goal conflicts through the following ways:

• The management allows all the employees to express their ideas freely without any restriction to know their stance

• Then, the management evaluates all the goals and ideas of all the employees

• Then, the most rational goals are selected

• The employees are convinced about the current importance of the chosen goals

• At last, employees are provided training to achieve the goal
