Answer #1

Answer:- Punitive Damages

Reason:- Tort law refers to the legal liability of the payment of the compensation for the damaged parties. Such affected parties have their right of privilege of getting compensation for the loss either in the form of injuries, emotional distress, mental stress, financial loss. If any individual or any entity makes any damages or loss for any individual or other entities in above mentioned forms. When the damaged parties are not agreed with the given compensation, they can file the suit against the accused party to get more compensation than the affordable compensation provided to them. This provision of compensation is known as Punitive Damages. And the advantage of punitive damages provision also used to punish the accused by making him/her to pay more compensation to the aggrieved party.
