Explain the three energy systems.
Then, give examples of three different a sports that may benefit from training in that energy system. When giving the examples be very clear as to what exactly the sport entails and why that energy system for each example. For example, if you just state "running," are you referring to long distance or short and how does that exemplify the energy system?
The three energy systems are
1)Anaerobic A-Lactic (ATP-CP) energy system
2)Anaerobic A-lactic (Glycolytic) energy system
3)Aerobic energy system
Anaerobic A-Lactic (ATP-CP):
This is the energy which needed by the Athletes who are going for short duration acceleration, Athletes are running for short distances they need energy to run. so "Anaerobic A-Lactic(ATP-CP) energy system" produce that energy which is not produced for long-time,it don't use oxygen and lactic acid to produce energy for the body and "Anaerobic A_Lactic(ATP-CP)" uses the small amount ATP and higher substances like Creatine Phosphate to complete cycle. An produce the energy to run or weight lift. This energy is mainly used by the football players gymnasts. This produces energy which for 10 seconds only. The ATP produced by this system is very low.
Anaerobic A-Lactic (Glycolytic) energy system:
This is also known as "Fast Glycolysis".This is the energy which is produced by using lactic acid and oxygen. The lactic acid is processed by the liver and turn into glucose which is used to produce the energy. This energy is used by the persons who are running or cycling very fast. When we are running (long distances) very fast our body change into anaerobic metabolism to get enough energy. This is not like "Anaerobic A-Lactic(ATP-CP) which can only produce energy for 10 seconds, this has a capacity of 2 minutes to produce energy. This type of energy is used by "Sprinters" which was produced by anaerobic metabolism.
Aerobic energy system:
This aerobic energy system which is most utilize by all three energy systems. This is the energy system which produce energy to do long activities, which last anywhere from 2 minutes to two hours. This energy system uses oxygen, and require long time to produce energy. This is energy is used for continuous activities like swimming and heavy weight lifting when we are running(very long distances) our body turns to "Aerobic energy system'' to provide long last energy to run that distance.
The Table representation of 3 energy systems:
| Energy system | Rate of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate ) | Capacity(ATP) | Used By |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Anaerobic A-lactic (ATP-CP) |
Very low | Very low | Creatine phosphate and ATP |
| Anaerobic A-lactic | High | Low | Blood & Glucose |
| Aerobic | Very high | High | Blood, Glucose & Inter muscular fat |

5. (a) Distinguish between Fermions and Bosons. Give three examples of (b) each. How do you distinguish between them? A thermodynamic system consists of two particles which may occupy any of the three energy levels = ne, n = 0.1, 2. The lowest energy state, &, = 0, is doubly degenerate. The system is in thermal equilibrium at temperature T. Determine the partition function of the system if the particles obey (1) Fermi - Dirac (FD) Statistics (ii) (iii) (iv)...
2. Consider two different systems: a square well 2 1 and a linear wel -1 (don't worry about the absolute value sign because you are only working with r> 1). For each system the total energy of the state is E 1. The units are such we work with simple numbers like 1 and 2. We want to consider only tunneling particles to the right (x > 1). To do this we renormalize the wavefunction over the tunneling region of...
What
advice would you give to Ana in terms of pre-event sports
nutrition?
Athletes need to follow the upper limit of the suggested amounts
on MyPlate. Ana’s meals should be eaten at least 2-3 hours before
her event, and she should avoid foods that are high in fat,
protein, or fiber for at least 4 hours before her event.
Carbohydrates are the best source of energy for her running
events.
Athletes should follow the recommendations from MyPlate.
Endurance athletes should...

1) Use the Energy-Interaction Model to explain whether the following statement is true or false: "A quantity of ice at 0℃ must contain less total energy than the same quantity of water at 0℃.2) According to the definition of heat in the online reading, can an energy system contain a certain amount of heat? Explain.3) Imagine that you place a piece of copper with an initial temperature of 20℃ in contact with some liquid water with an initial temperature of...
Please read article and answer the questions. All professional sports teams today collect detailed data on player and team performance, fan behavior, and sales and increasingly use these data to drive decisions about every aspect of the business—marketing, ticketing, player evaluation, and TV and digital media deals. This includes the National Football League (NFL), which is increasingly turning to data to improve how its players and teams perform and how fans experi-ence the game. Since 2014 the NFL has been...
8.4 The Two-Dimensional Central-Force Problem The 2D harmonic oscillator is a 2D central force problem (as discussed in TZD Many physical systems involve a particle that moves under the influence of a central force; that is, a force that always points exactly toward, or away from, a force center O. In classical mechanics a famous example of a central force is the force of the sun on a planet. In atomic physics the most obvious example is the hydrogen atom,...
When producing an audit report, auditors may face different circumstances which may mean a True and Fair audit opinion is not appropriate. Required: Explain the potential effect on the final audit report of each of the following scenarios: (for outlining the effect on report and rationale. Three or four marks for each of the three scenarios to maximum of ten.) Audit tests on purchases indicate a weakness in the internal control system, with a potential overstatement of cost of sales...

Some word problems in this chapter involve one "easy equation", usually found by translating a simple relationship between x and y (like one is twice the other or that they add to a given number). The second linear equation often uses a "rate times quantity formula. This is true for • distance problems (rate.time = distance) • mixture problems (percent concentration amount of solution - amount of concentrate) money problems (value of one item. how many items...
Question to the Scenario below: Keeping in mind that it takes time/energy to implement systems to retrieve data, which HR metrics should start Paul capturing? Scenario: “John, our production numbers are getting worse,” said Roy, who is John’s manager at the small plastic molding company. “What’s going on?” “ We've laid off several people in my area,” replied John. “Can't you get them to work harder? asked Roy. “Before the layoff, we had a lot of people quitting,” said John....
