If we look at the way the business industry is developing and growing, we need to have a plan that would have a long term impact on the industry or else it would be very difficult for an organization to sustain and succeed. Organizations need to have a look at how things work out for them now and even in the future as well and therefore they need to plan to develop employee potential instead of expecting immediate output because developing the potential actually has a long lasting impact as the foundation of knowledge for the employee becomes strong and hence is beneficial for the individual as a professional in the field.
