Astronomy

Viewing the stars from the north pole, what can I say for the constellations I see (North and West "seven Sisters", "Summer Triangle" in East, "Diamond of Virgo" in South etc.)? Also, up view is Big Dipper, Little Dipper and The W. Any pattern about stars motion and constellations?
