According to Harvard school of public health, people are converting more into vegetarians, as they couldn't face the wrath of antibiotics which cattle feeders, and poultry are indiscriminately pumping into blood streams of many animals. Some people eat veggies as they cant afford to buy meat. The studies are showing positive ways for people who started eating only veggies(organics), and confirmed health benefits like reducing heart diseases, chronic infections, weight control, controlling obesity, and other life style diseases.

scientists are preferring various fibre rich foods like millets, ragi, bajra , wheat along with varied mix of fruits and vegetables and whole grains.People started avoiding hydrogenated oils as they are rich in saturated fats, instead opting oils like ground oils, olive oil, coconut oil lessening the impact of heart diseases at early ages.

Ex : Mediterranean region people are spared from heart attacks and have lowest risks of heart failures only 1 in 10,000, its due to their vegetative diet and avoiding meat at all costs, to obtain proteins in the diet they depend on tofu, beans etc.

the vegetarians that we describe few are completely vegans don't even touch eggs, dairy products etc. some are Lacto-ovo vegetarians who eat eggs and dairy products but not meat.

  • Ovo vegetarians: eat no meat, fish etc, but they can eat eggs, in their diet.
  • partial vegetarians: they completely avoid eating meat but instead eat fish meat and eggs for omegas in their bodies.

I would specially recommend the following diet for different eating periods:

  1. Break fast: Oat meal, toast, potato, nuts, etc.
  2. Lunch: chick pea, dal, peanuts, rice, sambhar, and lot more variety of options, like taking whole green veggies, or in orm of salads etc.
  3. Snacks: one can eat low calorie, fibre rich biscuits, nuts like almond, pista, cashew etc .
  4. Dinner: low fats foods, rich in fibre, oats , rice, along with fried veggies, or soaked beans etc for spicing up dinner one can use avocadoes with masalas added.

  • Benedict cumberbatch
  • Zac efron in the movie Bay watch flaunted his muscles, with his plant rich diet.
  • Shahid kapoor of Bollywood, revealed that he's vegan.
  • venus williams the tennis star was a vegan.
  • and lastly singer Miley cyrus.
