Interspecific competition between species in north
cascade mountain.
please give me the example of the species.
Also the dominant species too
In the north Cascade Mountain, there is a lot of competition between species for their survival and dependency of resources. It is at a high elevation and has rain shadow effect and mostly prone to dry and continental climate. They have huge diversity of plant and animals and is home to more than 1000+ varieties of vascular plants. The area consists of nearly 75 species of mammals and around 200 types of birds. There is a lot of competition for the survival in these mountains. It is also home to around 11 types of species and a number of amphibian species.
Example of competition - There is always a huge competition between the wolf and the grizzly bear species for space and territory. The wolves live in pack and hence hunt down the prey and also compete with the grizzly bear. They mostly compete for resources, food and the territory that each of it like to keep it guarded.
The most dominant species that is found in the North Cascade mountain are black bear, wolves, river otter, lynx, bobcat, lynx and bald eagle. The bald eagle, grizzly bear, black bears, wolves and also the mountain lions are considered to be the top predators in the North Cascade mountains.
Interspecific competition between species in north cascade mountain. please give me the example of the species....
Competitive interactions can occur within species (intraspecific competition) or between species (interspecific competition). These interactions are often intense, but intensity is virtually always a part of one of the two types of competition. Which of the following helps explain this observation? Multiple Choice Interspecific competition is usually intense because different species cannot partition resources when resource requirements overlap Introspecific competition is usually intense because individuals have nearly identical resource requirements Interspecific competition is usually intense because it may involve predator/prey...

Species 1 Ni 100 Q.12 0.25 IK₂/20 Species 2 N 50 | A21 1 K2 10 Unstable Coexistence Competitive Exclusion, Species 1 Wins Stable Coexistence Cannot determine the answer without r values

please help me with this question 1a. You are breeding a species of mountain lion (2n); you cross a true breeding male that has straight yellow fur with a true breeding female that has curly red fur. The offspring have curly orange fur; based on your results, what is the mode of interaction between the alleles? Select one: a. Curly fur is dominant to straight fur and yellow and red fur colour show incomplete dominance b. You can’t tell mode...
What will be the outcome of competition between the two species shown on the phase plane graph? Species 2 will win for any starting values of N1 and N2. There are multiple possible outcomes, depending on the starting values of N1 and N2. Species 1 will win for any starting values of N1 and N2. Both species will coexist in stable equilibrium, for any starting values of N1 and N2. Interspecific competition will be greatest in which of the following...
2. Choose two of the following types of species interactions and give a definition in your own words as well as an example of this type of interaction. Be sure you state which two interactions you are choosing! (2 pts) Mutualism Commensalism Ammensalism Interspecific Competition Intraspecific Competition
Intraspecific competition is competition between individuals of the same species for the same limited resources. This is an example of Carrying capacity O None of these answers Logistic population growth O Density-dependent factors
