I would prefer Dynamic routing over static directing in light of the serious issue in static routing where if there should arise an occurrence of connection/hub disappointment the framework can't recuperate. The dynamic routing defeats from the static directing constraints.
Presently, considering that your system comprises of 100 switches and you need to include just 2 new extraordinary subnets to the system in light of the fact that there is an opening of new office in your organization.
