I would like to talk about the topic education.Plato treats the subject of education in The Republic as an integral and vital part of a wider subject of the well-being of human society. The ultimate aim of education is to help people know the Idea of the Good, which is to be virtuous. So the aim of education in Plato is to enable the learners to know the metaphysical truth. Thus metaphysics is the aim of education and learning .Socrates' ideas about education included the development mind (soul) and body. He separated the two types into groups, music and gymnastics. Gymnastics, or sports, taught virtues such as perseverance and fairness as well as good and evil.
