Public relation manager maintain a image of the company by spreading or publishing the program, idea and concept. Managers are responsible to manage press conference and prepare article & speech for shareholders of the company. Public relation manager coordinate and communicate for marketing and advertising on behalf of customer or client. They manage all situation from back support for shareholder of the company or client and answer for all media question. So having the final responsibility of which news should be release for public or which should not be release. Other responsibility like internal communication of media within or outside the organization. They are fully responsible to publish public relation and report and maintain the public relation. Manager have primary responsibility of prepare a plan and strategy and deadlines for their clients. Public relationship managerial role are assign   in case of potential crisis of the company or client.

Some of qualification and criteria are defined for Public relationship role which is necessary for public relation manager Role. So there should be understanding of media fully for managerial role. It should be great verbal and interpersonal and communication skill for PR managerial role. Many of the organization like Hospitals, University, manufacturing and government organization are required to recruit for public relationship manger role. Now it is required to hire PR manger in every sector. Public relations managers must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.They should be update with current public relationship profile.
