A two liter bottle of root beer and a 12 ounce can of root beer were put into the same part of the same refrigerator and taken out a week later. How do the temperatures of the two containers compare? How does their thermal energy compare?
1 OUNCE =29.5735mL 12 ounce =354.88mL
A 2 Liter root beer has the more amount of beer so it will absorb heat more as a results we should provide more heat as compare to the 12 ounce root beer .
SO the temperature of the 12 ounce will be lowered faster as compare to the 2 liter of beer.So the their thermal energy will be different for both solution .So in case of lowering the temperature the 2 liter beer will have higher thermal energy.
As we know that the amount of heat released or absorbed depends upon the heat capacity of the the substance (which is defined as amount of heat required to raise the temperature by 1degree. And the heat capacity is an extensive property ).
but in the case of one week time it may be the same temperature of each solution and the thermal energy will be same.
BUT at the level of quantum point of view the temperature of small amount of beer will have lower temperature as compare to the 2 Liter of beer

1. A 1 liter bottle of Coca Cola weighs about 1 kilogram. If that bottle were combined with an equal amount of anti-Coke (i.e. Coca Cola made of anti-matter) so that both liquids annihilate and get transformed into pure electromagnetic energy (gamma rays), how many Joules of energy would be released? (note that you get the units in Joules if you use units of kilograms, meters and seconds for your calculations.) 2. The nutritional (chemical) energy content of the same...

THE NEAR BEER GAME EXERCISE At the beginning of the game customers are ordering ten cases worth raw materials. In week two, demand increases to fifteen cases per week and remains at fifteen cases for the remainder of the simulation. The game ends when you manage to get your supply chain back in equilibrium for fifteen cases of beer. Your goal is to see how many weeks it takes you, and see if you can bring the supply chain back...
