Project management is nothing but coordinating the knowledge, skills, experience, process and strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the project. The important aspect of project management is to complete the project on time. Project manager is responsible for managing the project and  a temporary project team whose role ends once the project gets completed.

Portfolio refers to all the projects and programs running under the organization so that the strategic objective of business can be met. Example - Running an airport.

Program refers to multiple projects that are interdependent and serve to achieve overall goal. Program is made up of projects. Example - Building a Skyscraper is a program that include different projects like laying foundation, electricity, plumbing, etc.
