1- Interpersonal relationships-
A strong and comparatively durable association between or among the human beings/ people is termed as the interpersonal relationships.
Example- Psychologists attempt to find the remedies for the problems related to some of the relations like spouse- spouse, parents- children, superior- subordinate etc.
2- Ethical frameworks and norms/ standards-
Ethics is related to the judgemental capability between the right and wrong, good and bad with the help of individual conscience. Sensitivity is the key facet allied in this context.
Example- If a disorder can be diagnosed and treated in a typical period, the treatment must not be unnecessarily stretched in the thirst after money etc. The privacy of the reports is the foremost responsibility of the psychologist and his/ her team.
3- Communication-
Personnel in the Psychology fraternity must be able to communicate in a fine, constructive and thoughtful manner. The interaction with the client, report writing, feedback aspects are the matter of concern here.
Example- The report writing has to be illustrative one with all the justifications so that if the client happens to get transferred/ migrated, he/ she must not face problems regarding the previous treatment.
4- Service Delivery- Service is an intangible product offering. It's characteristics distinguish it from a mere product. The delivery attribute is far more crucial in this regard.
The tuning of the service offering national framework, participation in the research related summits, seminars and conferences, collaborative efforts with the multi disciplinary approach, improving, establishing and maintaining the high quality and solve the obstacles in the odyssey of the finest delivery are to be dealt with.
Example- Presenting a research paper in the International conference, discussing a specific case there and reap the advantages of the discussions and suggestions from that platform.
